Hotel Etoile des Neiges is located in the historic village of Jouvenceaux, in the Upper Valle di Susa, a stone’s throw from the center of Sauze d’Oulx (TO), in a characteristic stone building dating back to 1892 and recently renovated.
The hotel therefore enjoys a privileged position that places it at the center of a vast area where, both in summer and in winter, it is possible to practice countless sporting and recreational activities, and to enjoy a particularly luxuriant and, at times, very wild nature.
Rooms in the hotel are typically mountain style: warm, comfortable and welcoming, cared in every detail to allow our customers to get the most out of a holiday in the mountains.
The large living room, with a vaulted stone ceiling and fireplace, houses the bar, the breakfast room and a reading lounge.
The 14 rooms are spacious and finely furnished; offer a serene, relaxing and restful environment, and are equipped with all the most modern comforts.
The restaurant, supervised by our Chef Fabio Metello, is able to satisfy the most demanding palates. Located just 20 meters from the hotel, it has a beautiful room with wooden ceiling and exposed beams, summer terrace, and offers an extensive menu with typical local dishes and many ingredients at zero km.

Hotel Etoile des Neiges offers some exclusive “plus”, designed and dedicated to those who practice sports:
- Free and supervised storage for sports equipment (skis, boots, snowboards, etc.);
- Covered and closed garage parking for bicycles and motorcycles;
- Small but well-equipped workshop for own repairs of bicycles, motorcycles, quads;
- Possibility to have guides for excursions on foot, motorbike and 4×4.
Furthermore, our guests have at their disposal:
- Large free private parking adjacent to the hotel*;
- Access for disabled people;
- Free Wifi in all rooms and in all common areas of the hotel;
- Satellite TV in all rooms and in the lounge;
- Solarium and large garden;
- Taxi reservation service from / to station and airport.
Pets are welcome, but please ask us at the time of booking.
* Our private parking is available until exhaustion. If there are no more places available, our kind Customers are invited to park in the free public parking at 50 meters from the hotel.
Rich Breakfast
The breakfast for our guests is served with a rich buffet directly in the hotel, inside the characteristic hall built in 1890 and finely restored.
You can taste homemade cakes and jams and many other local delicacies such as Toma cheese and salami of various types.
