“Sauze Plot” Beer
“Sauze Plot” beer is the first and only beer produced with hops grown by us in Sauze d’Oulx.
What is “Plot”?
“Plot” is the log used to split wood, and it is also used to refer to the inhabitants of the area: tough and resistant people… mountain people!
“Sauze Plot” beer is available in two versions:
- Plot light beer, in “Blonde Ale” style, fresh and drinkable with slightly citrus notes;
- Plot dark beer, in “Amber Ale” style, where the caramel of the malts goes well with the bitterness of the hops.
You can find “Sauze Plot” beer in the best bars and pubs in Val di Susa and, of course, at our hotel.
